This Access and Equity Policy is based on providing and maintaining training services that reflect fair and reasonable opportunity for all clients and staff of The Quality College of Australia (QCA), regardless of race, colour, religion, gender or physical disability allowing everyone to freely participate in training in a harassment-free environment.

Course Progress Policy

To clearly outline Quality College of Australia's (QC) expectations of students with regard to course progress and workload to ensure they complete the course within the expected duration, and maintain satisfactory course progress throughout their course of study.
 

COVID-19 Workplace Policy

Deferral, Suspension and Cancellation Policy

The purpose of this policy is to outline the circumstances in which a student can defer, suspend or cancel their enrolment with Quality College of Australia (QCA) and where QCA can initiate the suspension or cancellation of the student’s enrolment.

Education Agent Policy

This policy applies to all appointed Education Agents of QCA and QCA staff who are involved in the approval and monitoring of QCA’s Education agents.

National Recognition Policy

This policy describes the process by which QCA will consider and accept AQF qualifications and Statements of Attainment issued by Registered Training Organisations throughout Australia. The policy describes the process by which QCA will consider and accept application for course credit. 

 

Plagiarism Policy and Procedure

The purpose of this policy is to ensure a systematic approach to the treatment of plagiarism at Quality of Australia.

Privacy Policy

This policy describes the practices and procedures by which Quality College of Australia (QCA) will ensure the compliance with the relevant privacy legislation to protect the personal information and right to privacy of those which are detailed within this policy.

Recognition of Prior Learning Policy

This policy is to ensure that an individual’s prior learning achieved through formal and informal training, work experience or other life experiences is appropriately recognised.

Refund Policy and Cancellation Fee Policy

This purpose of this policy and procedure is to explain the conditions under which Quality  College of Australia (QCA) may apply a refund to international students in compliance with the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act) and the requirements of Standard 3 of the National Code. This policy does not remove the right to take further action under Australia’s consumer protection laws.
