Training in a 5 star venue.

It’s moments like these when you just need to sit back and give yourself a little pat on the back. We are incredibly proud to announce that we will be holding practical cookery training in the stunning Sydney Fish Market kitchen this year!

The Sydney Fish Market itself is a vibrant and world-famous location, being a hub for international tourists, foodies and Chefs alike. The Fish Market kitchen, which is located directly above this bustling precinct are nothing less than state-of-the-art. From an outstanding lecture hall complete with overhead cameras, to the even more impressive kitchen facilities, this venue is a dream turned reality for anyone with a passion for cooking.

Each preparation station is custom made and includes a gas cook-top, oven, refrigeration unit, plenty of space to store ingredients and all have a view of the demonstration area; which is equipped with LCD screens so that students can easily view their trainers station during practical demonstrations.

This stunning venue will be one of the primary practical locations for our International student programs in Sydney and will allow students to have access to the amazing produce of the Sydney Fish Market, cook in a world class facility and still be within a two minutes’ walk from our main Sydney campus.
