The Crooked Spoon is one of Adelaide’s premier grazing box and grazing table businesses, and has stemmed from Carla’s passion for combining food with entertainment. Carla has already established a market niche, and to date some of her more memorable achievements include grazing tables at Villa Bella Vista for Phil Hoffman Travel, and a High Tea showcasing South Australian produce for Azamara Cruises at the Adelaide Sailing Club.
Carla sets her business apart by sourcing and personally handpicking only the freshest of high-quality local produce and making a lot of the components herself. She makes her own breads, crackers, dips, and desserts as well as pickling and marinating her vegetables and olives. Her products are totally customizable and will be created to suit you and your event, while still showcasing Carla’s personal flare and talent.
Carla completed her trade qualification using Quality Training’s on-the-job training model. While working and studying Carla received support and guidance from her workplace Mentor Greg.
