About the Course
PROUDLY SUPPORTING CAN:DO 4KIDS & DEAF CAN:DO
Please join us for a morning tea, hosted by our Diploma of Hospitality students, to raise money for Can:Do 4Kids and Deaf Can:Do.
The planning and running of a charity function is the centrepiece of our students’ management studies. The charity function ties in the theory components of the course and allows students to get real-life experience while raising money for a worthy cause. Over the years our students have proudly raised thousands of dollars for a variety of charities.
Can:Do 4Kids is South Australia’s oldest children’s charity. This charity aims to provide support and services to children, young people and their families, who are blind, deaf, have low vision, are hard of hearing, or have sensory needs. Together, Can:Do 4Kids and their families work to help these children communicate better, connect easier, and live their best lives.
At our event there will be a door prize and raffles which the students have organised. A delicious spread will be prepared and served by our students at the event.
Please RSVP by 15 November 2019.
