Quality Chef of the Year Competition
This year will be the third year of the Quality Chef of the Year (QCOTY) Competition. This competition provides an opportunity for twelve Quality College of Australia (QCA) students to perform in a MasterChef environment. Students will be able to showcase their culinary skills, create amazing dishes and display why they are the future leaders of the Australian and International culinary scene.
Why should students enter?
QCOTY Competition gives students an opportunity to apply their skills and stretch their abilities in a MasterChef setting. In a pressure environment, students will prepare three dishes that will be judged by world-renowned chefs. This competition celebrates QCA student talent. It gives students an opportunity to build their resumes with professional recognition of the practical application of their skills.
